Extremely professional, without being cold and clinical. Explained, with the aid of the computer, how procedure would work -- and why it was needed. Dr. Traynor is extremely trust-worthy, or at least she seemed it before, during and after the surgery (she called me that night). A+

Double-check the directions before you go there, as there's another Lafayette that this can get confused with.
