The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. When I have emergencies they always get me in right away. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure, and give me plenty of breaks during the longer ones. Dr. O even gives an extra pillow for your neck when you have extended appointments for things like root canals. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It's definitely the best dentistal office I've ever been to.
