Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I couldn't believe that they would charge that much for a single appointment. I'm still paying it off. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. I was a little disappointed with how hard they were to reach in an emergency. They eventually called me back, but by then I had already gotten someone else to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
