I have a great experience with Dr. Karandisecky and her staff. Very polite and clean environment. My whole family goes to Dr. Karandisecky from my 2 year old son to my aunts, uncles, sister-in-law, her children, & friends. I recommend her to anyone!!!

I felt like I was rushed into a procedure where I was promised to only pay what my insurance would cover, as a 'favor' which would save me time by not having to separately see an orthodontist. When the insurance did not cover this as they expected, I was stuck with a bill that was substantially more than my orthodontist would have charged me. When I tried to discuss this with them, they were very unreasonable, and tried to justify it with very weak reasoning such as "your time is valuable too, think of the time we save you". I agree, my time valuable, but it is not worth $1000 per hour!

Their office is also kind of cramped, and frankly borderline unprofessional.
