The reception staff/ admins/ the 2 women who answered the phone when I called were terrible. I called to become a new patient at Avon Dental since I recently moved here and when I called to make an appointment here the woman simply picked up the phone "hi". No way "hi avon dental" or anything like that and then she sounded surprised when I asked 'is this avon dental". Her response 'umm yea... where's you get this number its ringing in the back" my response was "on your website". From this point I then described my situation and was transferred to another woman who was extremely unfriendly and of little help when she finally asked if she could call me back because the pohone was having problems. Needless to say I told her there was no need. Also, if you do not offer wisdom teeth extraction why would you list it on your services list? This makes no sense. I'm trying to find a new dentist in the Avon area, and Avon Dental seemed promising but I was certainly mistaken.
They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
