1. Why is it I can NEVER reach a human voice on the Dr's phone service.?
my only option is to leave a message and even urgent messages are not returned.
2. Even when I see the Dr and get my scripts in my HAND, the nurse who PROMISED to call them in does not follow through.
3. 4 days later I am calling the drug store trying to find out what happened and getting false info, while I have run out of important meds. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
