My daughter had to have a flipper made, and it broke right away because the lab that Musolf sent it to did a poor job. The part connecting the tooth to the mouth piece was very thin. I said something at the time and Musolf told me that was the best they could do or it would not fit in her mouth. Sure enough, about a month or so later, the tooth fell off. I asked Musolf to fix it free because it was poorly made. She refused and wanted to charge me full price. So I took it to another Dentist (Not in network for us) and he sent it off to his lab and had it fixed for $50, instead of the $150 Musolf charged. (Even though it was not his mistake or problem) Low and behold! This time the connection part was much thicker.... and fit in her mouth just fine. I called Musolf to let her know that maybe she would want to switch labs because it was fixed and was better than before. She was mad that I "went over her head with another dentist". She called the other dentist. Turns out it was the same lab! If she would have just called them, none of this would be an issue. However, she did refund me the cost of the flipper and kicked my family out of her practice. (I did not know this until I tried to make the follow up appointment for her to make the permanent implant. At that time, I was informed she would no longer see us, and that a check was in the mail) Wow! Too bad she can't handle herself better. I was very polite and just inquisitive. I was not rude or heated in any way. I am glad I found this out before she made Jade's permanent implant tooth- she obviously does not stand behind her work. So sad. Does not even deserve 1 star.
