the lake placid office leaves a lot to be desired. takes forever to get perscriptions faxed. I have been waiting two weeks, they have tried twice with NO results. I am getting very upset with this office. I will move my papers to Sebring office because I truly like and think he is a great doctor
They are very nice and helpful. They should allow for a little more time in between appointments Although I do not mind waiting for I know that I too will receive as much time as needed when it is my turn and have never had a reason to complain about anything. I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They keep the restrooms clean and well stocked You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Montero and his staff go out of their way to help you and work with you in what ever way you need. I recommend him highly.
Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
