They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was satisfied with my visit and would use this office again. I left feeling encouraged.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The docs and nurse practiioner were fine, but the staff needs to work on their customer service skills.
