They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The office was easy enough to find. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
