They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
