My experience is with the St. Pete location.
This operation is I think over extended...with 70 or more locations spread around the States. Time for biopsy report/determination is 2 weeks or more. Calling in for biopsy report on my cancerous lesions only got recorded message that no one could take my call and to leave message for call back. This happened two days in a row...and no call back!!!!.
Finally, excuse for no call back was "the nurses are really busy" REALLY! Well that made me all the madder. I'm told that my cancer lesions and/or cells are fast growing, and they're slow and/or too busy to follow up!
Also when they call you to remind of an appointment, it's a robotic call. Doesn't say who they are reminding by name, just that there is an appointment next day. Both my wife and I are seen by the same facility. Who's appointment is it, when an appointee's name is not spoken. Creates confusion, and is just another indicator of lack of professionalism. 70+ locations! Yep, that's a lot to manage. I'm going elsewhere for my dermatological needs. I'll choose someone local with just the one location that does the Mohs biopsy thing where the results are know immediately, and not months later when more than one biopsy is required. I'll do this even if I have to pay for the service myself. My parents and brother died of cancer. Mother at 76, brother at 76, I'm 76.
