The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Helpful Knowledge Comments

8/29/12 5 5 5 5 I went to Doctor Prieto for pain management 2 yrs ago. Doctor Prieto treated me for my chronic pain, but also listened to me and was able to discover and get me treatmed for other physical problems previously unknown to me, and which my Medicaid doctors had not taken the time to discover or treat. Doctor Prieto's actions have helped me become healthier and have greatly improved my enjoyment of life. IN SHORT: My Medicaid doctors have stated that I may only tell them ONE COMPLAINT PER VISIT. They seem to try and NOT listen to me, hurry me in & out as quickly as possible lest I tell them something which they must address. I truly believe they are there to hold down the costs of any medical treatment for me. But, if another doctor notifies them of a problem (as happened for me via Dr Prieto), then they must address the problem. Consequently, I am now being treated by other specialists whom I previously could not get to all because Dr Prieto LISTENED & CARED enough to try and help me.
