I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

The staff was nice enough, but the doctor was rather moody. He bustled into the exam room, and did not respond to my comments about my condition. I felt like maybe he didn't like me because I don't have the greatest insurance, although he didn't say anything of that sort. It was just a vibe. I complained about the rhinoplasty I had a few years ago (unrelated doctor) and how I wasn't thrilled with it. A couple minutes later, he asked for my driver's license. I thought it odd, but handed it over. It was circa pre-nose job. He remarked that I had had a big, boxy nose, and implied that I should be more grateful to his "friend" that did the rhinoplasty. I was taken aback by his remark; I thought it rude. He then sprayed the inside of my nose with a bunch of liquid before I had a chance to ask what's in it, as I'm sensitive to certain substances. He gruffly said, " I have to see inside your nose and we give this stuff to 2 yr olds" and continued spraying away. He also insisted I could take Flonase, even though I attempted to explain it doesn't work for me. I asked for Nasonex, as that does work for me, and he still shoved a script at me with Flonase written on it, and mumbled that they're the same thing. They are not. He was somewhat rough in his examination, but overall seemed to know what he was talking about, and offered a solution. I'm sure I want to do it, as I'm afraid he might hurt me based on his behavior at that first visit.
