I'd recommend him to people I know. He was more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. He was really thorough and spent more time with me than most other docs.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
