One sees more of his assistants than of him. He is knowledgeable but not particularly personable. He insists upon diabetic nutritionist counseling even if the patients don't need it.

If this story is true, I hope that you seek counseling. I also hope that you never have to deal with a doctor with the closed mindedness that you seem to posses. I recommend that you go to the next NDSC Conference to learn a little bit of the community that you seemed to have outraged by your words and actions. Next, I would find out how you can start giving back to this great community.
