Love the practice staff and practioners. Delivered my child by csection in 2006 and beena patient ever since. Dr. Roush is my doc but have seen Dr. Butler plenty of times and pretty much every one in the South Tampa Office. Never felt pushed or obligated to do some thing I didnt want to do. My baby's and my own care always came 1st. When having some GYN issues the care was very satisfactory. I recommened quite a few people and they all say the same thing. Now the wait is a lil long but worth it for the great care. The staff is amazing. and from my personal experiences with different office in Tampa Bay area The Womans Group takes top notch!

Don't join this group ever!! Overly expensive your paying just to wait long waits have your questions half ass anawerd! Physicians , nurses,& techs are always too bust to do their job meaning doctor walks In your room with their rack smiles and literally try and rush you a pray you don't have any questions or concerns they're flying to the door to excape to their next patient only to rush everybody and for what!? When your receiving care you shouldn't feel Like your being annoying or asking too many questions !abd who is madelyn butler!? Bc I saw about 10 doctors by the time I hit 9 months I decide to leave the practice bc I A first time mom and didn't feel safe this is a drive thru burger King office they handle patients like assembling line your just another number and another check for thus group to join in still fighting to revieve my <url removed> dollars back for my labor and delivery theyre holding on to it for dear life as if they're hard up instead of being caring and professional and understanding and billing me for any balance if any owed like regular md offices they made me pay twice they could careless this facility is nice yes it looks Bashy but don't be decieved by appearance . They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

This practice really is inefficient and lack communication. You go to a different person each time. They familiarize themselves for a brief moment on your patient history and really lack the ability and time needed to diagnose. The nurse practitioner there is horrible very condescending and wastes your time. I have been going to them for over 4 yrs and will not go back. I had to go to an urologist and it took them over a week to get my patient files to them on the day of the appointment I had to call them back over 5 times to get the files there. The urologist office was very patient and kind with me but frustrated again with the lack of follow through and communication provided by this office. The funny part is I came back 6 months later with the same issues and wanted to figure out what was going on and the nurse practitioner indicated my sonograms had been clear which was false there had been spots seen and it along with other issues were the reasons I was advised to go to the urologist to determine if there was obstructions etc. It just shows how they really don’t invest the time needed to do a proper diagnosis. This practice would benefit from some serious process improvements and to have one physician assigned to you. The other issue I experienced there that exemplified their lack of communication was when I was scheduling for a sonogram per my Drs Instructions the person scheduling asked me why and I indicated to determine if I had miscarried. This was asked in front of other patients and of course as anyone can imagine a tough question to have to answer in front of others. A woman who was leaving at the same time as me said I am so sorry and how inappropriate of them to ask that in front of other people. They now offer diet programs and Botox so it seems as though their main focus is on generating revenue and having a high amount of patients come through.
