They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
