Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I went in to the appointment with so many questions, and they weren't able to answer any of them. They had no idea what they were doing. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.
