I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. On multiple occassions my appoitnment was canceled at the last minute by their office. One time I even was in the office at my appointment time and they said we needed to re-schedule. Often wait one hour past appointment time to be seen. However, they always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The ARNP did my exam, the Dr. has not once done an exam on me in the several years of seeing him. Reviews bloodwork and provides prescriptions. I am changing doctors- there is something not right here.
