I felt the staff was rude and unprofessional when it comes to billing. I kept getting a wrong invoice stating I did NOT have insurance coverage during the date of service. On the other hand, I received duplicates of EOB from my insurance company. I had to call the Dr's office numerous times and it's been almost 4 months and I still don't have an answer. The office visit was very pleasant and service was very professional. But is it worth the hassle?

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions and Dr. Brandt and Rebecca Leynes are very professional. I was confident that I was under professional care. I always get personal service when calling their office.
