My experience with this office can only be described as poor
My appointment was to see the doctor but instead I was seen by a PA
This was disappointing but it gets better. I asked about a small blemish. The PA said it was nothing but asked if I wanted it removed anyway. I said no. A minute later she asked me again are you sure you don't want me to remove that? it'll only take a half a second. I said ok. I received a $150 bill for the 1/10th sec. nitrous squirt.
I made four phone calls to this office requesting an adjustment.
I finally received a phone call from Dr. Chang. He said he understands but buyer beware and refused to offer any credit.

my sister and my daughter where told they covered our insurance. When we got the bills, the office staff told us they had never said that. Now they want to put us into collections. We have nothing in writing. They where rude and totally denied it. . The doctor is great, but his office staff are liars. They made a mistake and put it on us.
