Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I tried to give some input in regards to my treatment method, but they just ignored everything I said. Obviously my opinion didn't matter to them. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
