It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
