I love Dr. Thus he is very professional I have been a patient for about
6 years.

Unfortunately. I missed my last appointment, when I called to make a new
Appointment I where told I the next available appointment will be two months later. The front staff agreed to let me call the office daily to ask if there have been any cancelations, the next day I called to ask I where told Dr. Thus is on vacation until the middle of next month?
I fell the staff are totally uncaring regarding this matter.

They almost always cancel my appointment last minute, and I end up having to rearrange my entire schedule. I really wish they were more reliable. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I will not be going back to this office again, the employees have attitudes and the Dr. was not there for our appointment, no apologies!!
