Can't understand why anyone would submit a negative review. Dr. Mc Poland is the best dermatologist in South Florida. His staff is too.

I was pretty disappointed in the entire experience. After waiting for almost an hour, I was called in and ended up seeing Dr. Poland. Nothing wrong with him, but the whole purpose of me driving for 40 miles was to see Dr. Kishor. I made an appointment with her and confirmed this with the front office when I came in. I still don't know what happened and why I saw someone else. Afterwards, when checking out, the lady insisted my specialist copay wasn't enough and that I had to meet my deductible. All good, but I know for a fact it is not true. I insisted on paying only the copay and called my insurance to confirm that that's all I owed, which it was. I am sure not going back after today.
