Surgical coordinator canceled my surgery with no apparent reason. I jumped through hoops to get my surgery for a deviated septum completed and approved before the end of the year and thought I had a surgery date right before the end of the year. Dealing with the surgical coordinator has been difficult to say the least. She told me that Dr Schwartz wasn’t approved by my insurance prior to them reviewing the claim and tried to switch my provider at the last minute. Then she proceeded to cancel my surgery when I asked her not to because I knew I had coverage for this and that Dr. Schwartz was an approved provider. My insurance did approve the surgery with Dr. Schwartz but Nancy had already canceled my surgery which was not communicated to me until I showed up for my preop appointment. Seems to me it’s a scheduling issue on their end, I wouldn’t be so frustrated had they just said what the actual issue on their end was instead of getting all preop requirements completed only to be told everything was canceled preemptively. I do not recommend this Office if you need a surgery, seems extremely shady

In May I decided to go ahead and have a rhinoplasty with Dr. Schwartz after lots of research and finding him to be one of the best. As soon as we were done with the initial consultation I felt so confident I canceled all of my other consultations. I hated the way the profile of my nose looked, but I wanted natural results. He explained everything really well, the office staff was terrific and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. Outstanding staff! Everyone is so professional, Dr. Schwartz is truly excellent. There was apparently some complications that arose during surgery and he spent extra time with me, reassured me afterward and was truly a comfort through the entire process.
