Performs unnecessary tests, to bill insurance. I went with a vocal cord problem, yet the receptionist said he wouldn't see me until I had a CT Scan of sinsuses first - In his office, of course.

ARROGANT! 1 week after surgery, when I still couldn't speak and was fearful, he said "Oh, you can cough, you can talk. It's in your head!" Needless to say, I switched doctors.

When I wanted to view my records, his office refused; telling me to have my new doctor request them THIS IS A VIOLATION OF HIPAA.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the doctor. I was amazed at how kind they were, they even called me at least every week after my surgery to check up on me and see if there was anything they could help me with.
