They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had trouble with my rx refills; after one of the Drs prescribed medications via mail service for 1 year worth of refills, she cancelled my refills because I hadn't been in for my annual exam. I had 5 days left before I hit that magic 1 year mark. I was left with no meds; my insurance had expired; I had no funds to re-book another appointment for "refills" for rx's she had authorized in the first place. And yes, the office & the Dr were ALL aware of my financial hardships.They did absolutely NOTHING to accommodate me or to "unscrew" their "screwups'. It has been 1 1/2 yrs now & I am still w/out 1/2 of my meds . . .my recommendation is STEER CLEAR of these people.
