It is sad that i have heard NOTHING but great things about this Doctor, yet I believe he does not deserve to practice. I missed my appointment because of embarrassment of financial issues, which added more stress. I spent my weekend trying to scramble to find the money, to no avail, to visit Dr. Mata. After finally finding the money, I had missed my appointment, so i called to reschedule. I was crying, because I am seriously at the end of my rope with everything; and the woman told me he will not reschedule a missed appointment for a new patient. I will ONLY see Dr Mata, and pleaded and begged for help.I told her I was desperate and needed his help, and she just refused to let me speak with him. In the end she hung up on me and I can not see how he is "doing no harm" here, since I have no where to turn. Hopefully others take note. I guess he is amazing Dr. Once you see him, but if you ever have any sort of trouble with finances, he wont see you if you are forced to miss an appointment, even at your witts end.
