They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
