They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I have been going to Dr. James for approx. 20 years and he is absolutely the best in his field.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
