They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Bilbao and all of his staff have VERY positive attitudes and they make you feel that they REALLY TRULY CARE about you and your dental health. There was no pain-the numbing shot didn't even hurt! (and I am usually a big "baby" about things like that). I am so glad that we have found a dentist with this much kindness.
