They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
