I didn't consider their waiting area chairs to be too comfortable. I would have preferred to wait in something a little nicer. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I left feeling satisfied with how the visit went. The doctor was helpful and I felt encouraged. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
