They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They put me in a room and forgot about me. Also I felt rushed. Dr. Tortorella did not take the time to explain anything to me His attitude was take it or leave it I had to pull information out of him This was the most unpleasant vist.
