They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
