I went to the office where the staff was Kind compassionate and they made me seem like I was important.… It seemed like the staff had been there a long time because they knew patients by their first names and spoke to them with familiarity. You don't see that these days. The doctor was kind compassionate and genuine as well. He took his time spoke to me at length and explained so that I could understand.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
