who ever does the billing for this practice(co-pays) is not very professional, they are always trying to get more than they are suppose to. i have a complaint in with humana at this time. i'm just waiting for them to post my responsibility co-pay so i can get my refund next visit. i'm suppose to pay $10.40 co-pay my last visit they charged $23.79 and they told me if i did not pay this amount they would not treat my wife(iron fusions) thats a bad road for these people to go up. her doctor is dr. Visvalingam
