I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

The one thing: My son started going here in 2001. He severely toed out, around 50 degrees and had very flat feet. The doc said not to worry about it. My son could not run correctly. The doc repeatedly told me it was not a concern even though my son ran on the inside of his feet and it caused him knee pain.

We moved out of FL in 2010 and the pediatrician here, on the first visit, referred me to orthopedists. Turns out, what my son had was fixable, via surgery - the toeing out part. Luckily he was diagnosed soon enough for the surgery, had he been two years older, it would not have worked.

This is my only complaint with this doc. I know that External Tibial Torsion is very rare, but the fact is, he didn't catch it, and did not refer us for an evaluation.

I have been going here for 12 years since both my kids were born. Dr. Savona and staff always are pleasant and interact very well with my kids. They explain things very well. I would never go anywhere else.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.
