They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.
