I made an 8 am appointment for my daughter, and we were there before the doors were even unlocked. We were called almost immediately to give her the sedation drink they give children. We went back out to the waiting room and waited. A couple minutes later another child comes out and sits down to wait for the drink to take effect. The staff comes out with the wheelchair and calls the little boy. I asked why he went first when we were here first but no one could answer my question. Soon after they came and got my daughter. I was told i could watch her on the video but not go in the room. A few minutes later i went back to look at the video and was shooed away and told i could see it. Next thing i know the little boy is done and leaving. Ten minutes later a staff member calls for me to come look at the video. I asked her why she didn't go first if we had an appointment and were the first ones here, she told me because he only had to get one thing done. Okay fine, i understand he will be quick and you just want to get him out of the way. But why take my daughter back at almost the same time and make her sit scared while you fix his teeth? Especially when she did everything first. She was comfortable with me until her turn whenever it may come. And why tell someone they can view it by video and then make them leave.

Im never going back.
