VERY UNORGANIZED I COMPLETED A MEDICAL RELEASE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT TODAY I WAITED 45 MINUTES TO BE CALLED TO THEIR BILLING OFFICE TO BE TOLD MY DAUGHTER COULD NOT BE SEEN BECAUSE OF A PREVIOUS BILL THAT WAS THEIR FAULT THE DUMMIES BILLED THE WRONG INSURANCE SO NOW MY KID WILL MISS A DAY OF SCHOOL BECAUSE THIS ONE BITCH IN BILLING WITH THE BAGS UNDER HER EYES BUT ITS OKAY THANK GOD FOR OPTIONS ...THANK YOU KIDS DONT CARE PEDS
