I went to Yorba Linda Dental Group to get several teeth repaired. At first they were nice, but later I found that they were over billing me for crowns I ordered and would not credit the amount back until I was forced to make several complaints to my insurance carrier. The insurance had to step in and force them to pay back the overage. They also changed the types of crowns that I ordered and when I challenged them on the fact that I had specified a different type of crown they told me they would not reorder the crowns or refund me the cost of the crowns.

On two cavities that they repaired I asked for amalgam to be used and the dentist changed it to composite while I was in the chair, without my approval, which meant I had to pay a bigger copay. I didn't find out about the change until after the work had been done. In short, at every turn I had to review my bills with my insurance because they were constantly over billing me or changing the work in mid stream. I stopped going there when the work was completed (since no other dentist will touch you once the work is started) and would NEVER go back. I hope no one has to go through the aggravation and trouble I experienced. This dental group is the worst!
