the care from techs and doctor are great, the reception area is slow, to say the least, not very efficient, but maybe they were having a bad day, still very friendly...
HOWEVER
I would not recommend the eyeglass purchase area to anyone.. the service is terrible.. the choices , they alot, but they alot of them are just different brand names, same design, not a lot of design choices, not helpful in selection, after I finally settled for a style, they did not even attempt to review my order,,, of course when my glasses arrived, they never called to tell me they were in and when I finally went to chck, the order was wrong, they had to remake them, still don't have them yet, at this point,, unfortunately, I no longer want them, I will purchase from a different location that realizes what customer care means!!!
