I have been going to Dr. Folk for around 10 years now. He and his staff are always friendly, and have never rushed through an appointment. Not once have i had to wait past my time, and if i'm there early, they can often start early. This is a great office.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
