I could have used more information. I felt like my appointments were pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I always felt worse when I left. I would never go again or recommend anyone. I was very disappointed. I always felt very rushed. It was like having counseling with a nun in a monastery. There are more humane therapist out there. I have one now that helps me get through the silent periods until I can speak on my own.

I would never recommend them to anyone. If I had known how terrible it was going to go, I never would have gone in the first place. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Not only did they ignore my questions, they rushed me appointment and tried to hurry me out the door as soon as possible.
