My son needed someone who could relate to him. This man would not seem able to relate to a young adult male with lots of issues----but he can. He's a no nonsense kind of person, and from what I could tell (I attended one session) he's not very "touchy feely" but that kind of thing is a huge turnoff for someone like my son. All I can say is, I felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities, and he helped my son with various problems, including ADHD, anxiety, depression. I was thrilled to finally find him after having experiences with people who could simply not reach my son.

Does not accept any insurance and is a cash only provider at $300/hr. For $300 an hour, I would not expect this "doctor" to be texting or emailing on his smartphone during my sons session. Additionally, his therapy method is basically, rephrase and repeat back to my son exactly what my son said to him. what a waste of time, and also a lot of money. Situated in west Hartford, I am sure he doesnt lack for people willing to pay him $300/hr to do basically nothing and oh yeah, call in a refill or two now and again.
