I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Dr. Tanagho did not request Medical Records or any Medical History. Did not examine me for any psychiatric condition, or take any tests, i.e. MMPI., but immediately commenced prescribing me many drugs at once, without explaining the reasons for taking the medications, nor did Dr. explain other treatments available to me. Dr. neglected to explain the common side effects of these potent antipsych. drugs which maybe permanent and irreversible. This all led up to my condition becoming extremely worse and not better. BEWARE!!

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. Whenever I've waited in waiting rooms, the magazine selection the have usually makes the time go by faster, but not here. They had less than five magazines all of which were boring and outdated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
