My hygienist was wonderful. Dentist was good but the office staff leaves a whole lot to be desired. If you use this dentist do not trust the staff to know anything about insurance or what will be paid. Expect a bill in the end. More importantly expect not to be notified of the bill until the uber friendly Nancy (insert sarcasm) calls to collect. Expect no mercy for their errors. My experience was wonderful until I met Nancy and she confirmed this is not the dentist for me. Sorry Dr. Duckworth but even the best dentist cannot overcome the hatefulness of his staff.
